SCAVENJER REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
1.1. All purchases made for Scavenjer LLC events, including but not limited to entry fees, hint purchases, and any in-app, website, or online purchases, are final and non-refundable.

1.2. By making a purchase, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the event, including this refund policy.

2. Event Cancellations or Modifications

2.1. In the event that Scavenjer LLC cancels an event for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund for any entry fees or purchases made specifically for that event.
​
2.2. If an event is rescheduled or modified, participants will be notified in advance. Due to the nature of Scavenjer LLC events, which are not restricted to one small location and run over a full day minimum, not being able to attend an event for any reason does not give claim to a refund.

3. Technical Issues
3.1. Scavenjer LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to device compatibility, connectivity problems, or application malfunctions, that prevent participants from fully participating in the event.
​
3.2. Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties experienced by the participant unless the issue is determined to be the direct fault of Scavenjer LLC, the Marbleverse application, or the website hosting the event.
​
4. In-App, Website, and Outside Purchases
4.1. All in-app purchases, website purchases, and outside purchases related to Scavenjer LLC events, including hints and additional content, are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.

4.2. In the event of a purchase error (e.g., being charged for a transaction that was not completed), participants may contact Scavenjer LLC within 7 days of the transaction to request a review. If the error is verified, a refund or credit will be issued.

5. Membership Benefits
5.1. Scavenjer LLC offers memberships with various benefits that are designed to enhance the user experience. While we strive to provide these benefits as described, we cannot guarantee that all benefits will be available at all times.

5.2. Scavenjer LLC reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel membership benefits at any time without notice. Membership purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of any modifications to the benefits offered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1. Scavenjer LLC understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, a refund request can be submitted to customer support for review.

5.2. Refunds granted under exceptional circumstances are at the sole discretion of Scavenjer LLC and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Request Process
6.1. To request a refund, participants must contact Scavenjer LLC’s customer support team via the official website or email within the applicable timeframes specified in this policy.

6.2. The refund request should include the participant's name, event details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation if applicable.

6.3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and participants will be notified of the outcome via email.

7. No Refund for Breach of Terms
7.1. Participants who are disqualified from an event for violating Scavenjer LLC’s terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited behavior will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Governing Law
8.1. This refund policy is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions of Scavenjer LLC events.
