POAPs and Raffles

​

✅POAPs may be given to the first 100 people that enter and participate in each competition. After the competition, a raffle will be generated using the POAP that was given and a number of people will win a reward. This feature is still in testing and is subject to change but it is already being implemented.​

Virtual Item Rules

​

✅Virtual items WILL NOT be on private property such as a persons home or on business property where you would need to trespass UNLESS SPECIFIED SPECIFICALLY.

​

✅ Virtual items WILL NOT be on archaeological sites, historical sites,cemeteries, and railroad property.

​

✅ Virtual items WILL NOT be within 50 feet of public structures. Examples: highway bridges, major roadways, dams, government buildings, schools, military installations, hospitals, airports.

​

✅ Virtual items WILL NOT be at locations that encourage or require access through restricted locations or blocked entry.

​

✅ UNTIL SPECIFIED, DO NOT: Go inside a business to interact with employees or purchase a product or service in the name of Scavenjer. You may find a marble inside of a general public shopping area or store setting (Example: A large shopping mall), but it will be due to the radius in which the virtual item has been placed in where the intention was to place it outside. Our items can be seen from inside a location and outside a location at the same time due to how the technology works.

✅ If any of the listed objects/areas are over sidewalk areas of defined businesses, consider those locations ruled out.

​

✅ Loot CAN BE LOCATED in public parks if there isn't a curfew is in place. (Will be specified in the next section)

​

✅ IF we require permission, loot that is ever on private property WILL be specifed with the location's geo-mapping information!

​

✅ Virtual items can be found by looking toward any of the mentioned OFF-LIMIT areas or just outside those areas because the radius in which we allow items to be found can be much larger on the mobile app. Just make sure you do not enter these locations unless specified otherwise.

​

✅ Loot/marbles can be found virtually anywhere that is not considered private or commercial property. If you are unsure of an area, consider it off limits.

GAME RULES

​

✅ Always be aware of your surroundings and keep your safety as your top priority.

​

✅ Respect property: Our loot will NEVER be hidden in any area or on any object that will require you to damage or vandalize it in order to obtain the loot.

​

✅The loot may be under an object or inside of an object that may require you to adjust it but we ask that you put back anything you may have moved or relocated looking for our loot, even if just a rock.

​

✅ Never defame, abuse, harass, bully, harm, stalk, or threaten another person you believe to be competing in the same event as you.

​

✅ Be mindful of sharing personal details or identities of other players without their consent, even if you know them personally. This includes any information about another user’s identity, including their name, phone number, email address, location or physical address.

​

✅ Respect the privacy of others when taking photos, videos or 3D scans. If someone asks you to delete their picture or video, please do so.

​

✅ Do not impersonate other people or brands.

​

✅ Scavenjer is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may occur while participating in our events.

​​

Due to the nature in which we drop our virtual items using location-based geo-mapping, there may be instances in which a virtual item seems to be on private or commercial off-limits property. If this is the case, please send us an email regarding the specific item at Support@scavenjer.com

You will be required to agree to our waivers when entering an event.
